Our Center participates with most major insurance plans. Your physician’s office or our Insurance Specialist will work with your insurance company to obtain pre-approval from your health insurance plan prior to your procedure.
You will be required to pay any co-payments as well as a portion of your insurance estimated liability on the day of your procedure. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please call our Insurance Specialist at (614) 917-1669.

Please be aware that you will receive a separate bill for the pathology and the performing physician.
